Private individual use only:
This service is provided for individuals only. Entities including but not limited to companies, trusts, clubs, professional traders or any other organisation that directly or indirectly represents multiple people other than a single family domiciled at the same address as the subscriber are prohibited from subscribing to or using this service in any way.
This service is intended for the use of individuals only.
Limited to small/medium investors:
Individual subscribers may only use this service if they agree to invest no more than £1,000,000 on the London Stock Exchange via stocks or derivatives such as CFDs and no more than $US2,000,000 on the New York and NASDAQ stock exchanges.
This is to ensure our subscribers do not move the market - a situation that arises when a group of investors carries such weight that acting together they are able to influence prices. This would be to everyone's disadvantage and something we will actively monitor.
Duplication:
Any information Anoduki Market Intelligence discloses to subscribers is for their exclusive use only and may not be duplicated or shared with anyone in any way which could be reasonably construed as a deliberate intent to deprive Anoduki Market Intelligence Limited of any revenue.
We understand you might be wanting to help others. By all means tell them about us by using the referral program but please do not pass on the information you receive from us.
We reserve the right to refuse customers:
We need to limit the number of subscribers we can provide our services to. This is primarily to ensure we do not allow a situation known as moving the market (see above) to occur.
We have set initial, conservative subscriber limits and will monitor the situation to mitigate the risk of this happening.
We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions:
If we detect our service is being used in contravention of our Terms and Conditions outlined here we will try to make contact with the relevant subscriber(s) to resolve the situation. If we determine the situation can not be resolved we will terminate the subscription.
Terms and conditions may change at any time in the future:
It may be necessary for us to change the terms and conditions as our business evolves in the future. We will communicate these changes with you prior to publishing them.
